12. Appointment Policies

12.1 No-Show and Cancellation Policy: When you book an appointment with Bitcoin Puzzled for our services, your payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your slot. Please be aware that all payments are non-refundable.
In the event that you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, we request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. While we do not offer refunds for missed appointments, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. Therefore, we will endeavor to work with you to reschedule your appointment for another available time slot, subject to our scheduling constraints and availability.

12.2 Technical Difficulties: We recognize that technical issues can sometimes interfere with scheduled appointments. If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve these issues and reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time, without additional charges.

12.3 Rescheduling and Flexibility: Our goal is to provide flexible and understanding service. If you need to reschedule an appointment for any reason, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on our current availability.

13. Refund Policy

13.1 Service Payments: At Bitcoin Puzzled, all services are paid for in advance at the time of booking. This includes our cryptocurrency transfer guidance services and educational sessions on Bitcoin.

13.2 No Refunds for Completed Services: Once a service has been rendered, such as completion of a cryptocurrency transfer guidance session or an educational module, no refunds will be issued. We ensure that each service is delivered with the utmost professionalism and diligence.

13.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time.
Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with sufficient notice will not be refunded; however, we will make every effort to accommodate a rescheduling request based on our availability.
If you fail to notify us within the specified time frame, or in the event of a no-show, your payment will not be refunded. However, under exceptional circumstances and at our discretion, we may offer the option to reschedule.

13.4 Technical Issues:
In the event of technical issues from our end that prevent us from providing the scheduled service, we will offer the choice to reschedule or provide a full refund.
If technical difficulties occur on the client's end, we encourage you to contact us immediately. While we cannot offer a refund, we will attempt to reschedule the session.

13.5 Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, acts of God). In such cases, we will reschedule the service at a mutually convenient time without extra charges.
